I used to say this all the time, "I only take pictures of things that I care about, not what other people care about." My whole life I've been told that I was talented but I never saw it or believed it. Then I started taking pictures at family events with my grandmothers camera camera and got a lot of compliments. I take pictures now to explore possibilities, to let others experience things from my perspective and to create new memories.
